Neuropsychological Evaluation Fees

 

Coastal Neuropsychology is a private-pay neuropsychology practice and does not participate with insurance plans. This model allows me to provide comprehensive, individualized evaluations without restrictions imposed by insurance companies.

All fees reflect the time, expertise, and specialized training required to conduct thorough neuropsychological assessments and prepare detailed, clinically meaningful reports.

Evaluation Fee Ranges

Most comprehensive evaluations start at $2,750, depending on the referral question, complexity, and time required for testing, scoring, and report preparation.

 

These fees typically include:

• Clinical interview and record review

• Test selection, administration, and scoring

• Data interpretation and diagnostic formulation

• Comprehensive written report

• Feedback session with individualized recommendation

Focused / Brief Evaluations

For more targeted questions (e.g., Dementia, disability, ADHD screening, concussion, return-to-work decisions), fees may be lower depending on scope. I am happy to discuss whether a focused evaluation is appropriate for your needs.

Payment Policy

• Payment is required at the time services are rendered.

 

Insurance & Out-of-Network Reimbursement

While Coastal Neuropsychology does not bill insurance directly, patients may choose to submit documentation to their insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement, depending on their plan.
